2.1 Cancellation by Attendee

For events organized by Clean Tech Research Institute, the following refund schedule applies when you cancel your registration:

• More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund
• 14 days or less before the event: No refund

2.2 Substitutions

Attendee substitutions are permitted at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing at events@cleantechserbia.com at least 48 hours before the event with the details of the original registrant and the substitute.

2.3 Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Clean Tech Research Institute cancels an event, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. If an event is rescheduled, registrants may choose between attending the rescheduled event or receiving a full refund.

Please note that Clean Tech Research Institute is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred as a result of any event cancellation or rescheduling.

3. Membership Fee Refunds

3.1 Individual and Organizational Memberships

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership has been activated. However, we consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

• Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund if no membership benefits have been used
• Technical errors: Full refund if duplicate charges occurred due to technical issues
• Service unavailability: Prorated refund if membership services are unavailable for an extended period

3.2 Membership Cancellation

4. Research Reports and Publications

4.1 Digital Publications

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital publications (e-books, PDFs, digital reports) are final and non-refundable once the content has been downloaded or accessed. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues: If you are unable to access or download the content due to technical problems on our end
• Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same publication twice
• Incorrect publication: If you received a different publication than the one you purchased

4.2 Physical Publications

For physical publications (printed reports, books, etc.), the following refund policy applies:

• Damaged or defective items: Full refund or replacement if reported within 14 days of receipt
• Incorrect items: Full refund or replacement if we sent the wrong publication
• Return of unused items: Full refund minus shipping costs if returned in original condition within 14 days

• 7-14 days before the training: 50% refund

• After accessing course materials: No refund unless there are significant technical issues preventing course completion

7.3 Training Cancellation by Clean Tech Research Institute

If Clean Tech Research Institute cancels a training program or workshop, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. Alternative dates or replacement training may also be offered.
